Opinion

STEAGALL, Justice.

Beverly McLendon appeals from a summary judgment on all nine counts of her complaint in favor of her former employers, defendants Richard Cochran and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. The judgment is affirmed on the authority of Bennett v. State, 57 Ala.App. 568, 329 So.2d 627 (Ala.Crim.App.1976), and Logan v. Sears, Roebuck & Co., 466 So.2d 121 (Ala.1985).

AFFIRMED.
