Opinion

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Tanenbaum, J), dated November 21, 2002, which granted the motion of the defendant Smithtown Nissan, Inc., to vacate its default in answering the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed.
