Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The material facts of this ease are indistinguishable from McKenzie Tank Lines, Inc. v. Roman, 645 So.2d 547 (Fla. 1st DCA 1994). Accordingly, the Commission’s Order affirming the referee’s finding that Piver is qualified for unemployment compensation benefits is AFFIRMED.
