McGrotha v. Pearson
58 So. 3d 413, 2011 Fla. App. LEXIS 5486, 2011 WL 1415190
Opinion
The appellant has sought review of a final Order Dismissing Complaint, signed by the lower tribunal judge on September 29, 2010. However, because the order has not been filed with the clerk of the lower tribunal, it has not yet been rendered and [414]*414the appeal is premature. Fla. R.App. P. 9.020(h). Accordingly, the appellee’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
