The opinion of the Court was delivered, by

Black, C. J.

The law of this case was so fully and yet so clearly and briefly laid down by the judge, who tried the cause, that we cannot possibly do better than adopt it. For the reasons given in the charge we affirm the judgment.

Judgment affirmed.
