Therefore, in view of the foregoing plaintiff's appeal is deemed withdrawn and plaintiff's motion for an additional hearing on the issue of change of condition is hereby, ALLOWED.

Plaintiff's counsel is Ordered to file a Form 33, Request that Claim Be Assigned for Hearing with the Industrial Commission Docket Department.
