Action for wrongful death. Order granting plaintiff’s motion to vacate an order of preclusion for failure to serve a bill of particulars and permitting plaintifi to serve such a bill affirmed, without costs; the bill of particulars to be served within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. - Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
