I am writing to you at this time because of recent correspondence l have received From this Eeurt and from the State's Attorney. Because l am a pro se litigant,.I have no one to seek answers trom.

Can you please clarify two questions for me? Because the State tiled a "Motion to Transfer Motiens to New Eause Number" and this was granted by this Eourt,`does this mean that the Mandamus I Filed with this Court (which was denied without written order on Dctober ZB, 2015) nowneeds to be reafiled but with the new Eause Numher 1131352-A? Am l supposed to file.an‘Affidavit with ths Court as well?

Ur, is the re-Filing of a Mandamus something_to he done only if the Trial Court tails to follow the Court's Urder and file everything under the correct cause number`(1131552) within the 60 days so ordered? `
