Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Because of this court’s reversal of summary judgments as to all but one appellee in McDonald v. Florida Department of Transportation (DOT), et al., 655 So.2d 1164 (Fla. 4th DCA 1995), we now reverse the summary judgment in favor of Bergeron. We remand for further proceedings consistent with the opinion in McDonald v. DOT.

STONE, POLEN and FARMER, JJ., concur.
