Opinion

In an action to recover damages for wrongful discharge in breach of an oral contract of employment, the jury rendered a verdict for $4,433.34 in plaintiff’s favor. Defendant appeals from the judgment entered thereon. Judgment reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. In our opinion, the verdict is against the weight of the evidence. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
