(Review of a decision of respondents denying application of petitioner for a certificate of occupancy, certifying that use of the premises in question for a plating shop is a lawful nonconforming use under the city zoning ordinance, which proceeding was transferred to the Appellate Division for determination by order of Erie Special Term.)
