Opinion

The opinion of the Court was delivered by

Mr. Justice Gantt.

The insolvent debtors’ acts have heretofore received the construction contended for by the defendant ; and I think the construction a just one.

I am of opinion that the decision should be reversed, and that the demurrer should he overruled,

Colcockr, Cheves, Johnson, and JYott, J. concurred.
