Maryland, ___ Md. ___, Misc. No. 1, Sept. Term, 2025 (March 23, 2026), it is this 24th

day of April 2026, by the Supreme Court of Maryland,

ORDERED that the petitions for writ of certiorari are granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the judgment of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City is vacated and

the case is remanded to that court for further proceedings consistent with this Court’s

opinion in Express Scripts.
