Opinion

Upon Consideration had of the Matter upon the Complainant’s Bill of Complaint, which by the Order of this Court of the 1st Instant was referred to this day, And on Motion of Mr. Rattray again made to this Court that the Plaintiff’s Bill might be dismissed with payment of Costs, Mr. Leigh the Defendants Sollicitor being present and Consenting, It is by the Court accordingly Ordered, That the Complainant’s said Bill do stand Dismissed with the usual Costs.
