ORDER

Considering the foregoing;

IT IS ORDERED BY THE COURT that the above and foregoing motion be and the same is hereby GRANTED, and, accordingly:

IT IS ORDERED BY THE COURT that the claim and suit presented by Bruce E. Mayer and Latón Weathersby against Valentine Sugars, Inc. and the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co. be and the same is hereby dismissed, with prejudice and as of compromise, subject to the reservation of rights against others mentioned in the above and foregoing motion.
