Mayer v. Mayer, 94 N.Y.S. 1153 (N.Y. Ct. App. 1905).
Opinion
There was a disputed question of fact, which was determined by the jury in favor of the plaintiff. We cannot say that the verdict was against the weight of evidence. The exceptions taken on the trial were without merit. The judgment and order appealed from are affirmed, with costs.
