Affirmed on the authority of Ala. Code 1975, § 12-17-184(3), Imbler v. Pachtman, 424 U.S. 409, 96 S.Ct. 984, 47 L.Ed.2d 128 (1976), and Jones v. Benton, 373 So.2d 307 (Ala.1979).

AFFIRMED.
