JUDGMENT
Matthew Ryan Harvey, Appellant Appeal from the 8th District Court of Delta County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. 7982). Panel No. 06-25-00114-CR v. consists of Chief Justice Stevens and Justices van Cleef and Rambin. The State of Texas, Appellee Memorandum Opinion delivered by Chief Justice Stevens.
As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find that the appeal should be dismissed for want of jurisdiction. Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. We note that the appellant, Matthew Ryan Harvey, has adequately indicated his inability to pay costs of appeal. Therefore, we waive payment of costs.
