Action on two life insurance policies. All evidence relating to one policy excluded and a verdict in favor of plaintiff directed on the other. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Howard Hayes, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1920. Affirmed.
