DECISION & ORDER

In related proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, the mother appeals from (1) a decision of the Family Court, Richmond County (Karen B. Wolff, J.), dated August 14, 2024, and (2) an order of fact-finding of the same court also dated August 14, 2024. The order of fact-finding, after a fact-finding hearing, and upon the decision, found that the mother neglected the subject children.

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

The appeal from the decision must be dismissed, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Matter of Timothy K. Jr. [Timothy K.], 225 AD3d 700, 701). Furthermore, the appeal from the order of fact-finding must be dismissed, as that order was superseded by an order of disposition of the same court dated March 13, 2025. The issues raised on the appeal from the order of fact-finding are brought up for review and have been considered on a related appeal from the order of disposition (see Matter of Sunny R. L. [Tiffany R.], ___ AD3d ___ [decided herewith]).

BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., WARHIT, HOM and OTTLEY, JJ., concur.
