ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to Appellee’s confession of error, we reverse trial court’s June 19, 2013, final judgment of foreclosure and remand this cause to the trial court for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
