Motion for an order permitting 400 Realty Company and the Metropolitan Fair Rent Committee to intervene on the appeal herein or, in the alternative, permitting them to file a brief amici curia or, in the further alternative, that consideration and determination of the appeal be temporarily withheld, granted to the extent of permitting movants to file a brief amici curia, otherwise denied.
