Opinion
The final judgment appealed from is affirmed with the exception that the appellant may seek termination of the lease and termination of rental payments thereunder, pursuant to the defense of constructive eviction, should the appellees prosecute their claim against appellant for rent due under the lease.
Affirmed as modified.
