Opinion
Defendant has appealed from a judgment, of the Schenectady Trial Term of the Supreme Court in plaintiff's favor in the sum of $1,636.61. Plaintiff’s action was instituted to recover commissions as a real estate broker in effecting a sale of real property owned by defendant. Only questions of fact are involved. The evidence sustains the jury’s, verdict. Judgment affirmed, with costs to respondent. All concur.
