Order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burstein, J.), dated October 30, 1980, affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. No opinion. The discovery and inspection directed in the order under review shall proceed at the place fixed therein at a time to be fixed in a written notice of not less than 10 days, to be given by the defendant, or at such time and place as the parties may agree. Hopkins, J. P., Mangano, Gulotta and Margett, JJ., concur.
