Marvel Jones appeals the district court’s1 orders dismissing some of his claims, and granting summary judgment for defendants on the remaining claims, in his pro se 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. Having carefully reviewed the record and the parties’ arguments on appeal, we find no basis for reversal.
