Opinion
On Motion of Mr. Parsons Sollicitor for the Complainant alledging that Nathaniel Fuller one of the Parties being an Infant, had (as was pretended) answered by his Guardian Thomas Fuller Esq., and that said answer was not to be found in the Office of the Register of this Court; It is Ordered that the said Guardian do in Ten Days after Service of this Order put in an Answer for the said Minor, unless sufficient Cause be shewn to the contrary.
