PER CURIAM.

Gretchen R. Martinez appeals an order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission which affirmed the denial of unemployment benefits. Based on the testimony before the referee and the applicable law, we find no error. See Tallahassee Hous. Auth. v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Comm’n, 483 So.2d 413, 414 (Fla.1986); Barragan v. Williams Island, 568 So.2d 106, 107 (Fla. 3d DCA 1990).

Affirmed.
