10 Plaintiff, ORDER
11 v.
12 Commissioner of Social Security Administration, 13 Defendant. 14 15 On June 10, 2025, Magistrate Judge James E. Marner issued a Report and 16 Recommendation (“R&R”) in which he recommended the Court reverse the 17 Administrative Law Judge’s decision and remand the matter to the Commissioner for 18 further administrative proceedings. (Doc. 25.) The R&R notified the parties they had 19 fourteen (14) days from the date of the R&R to file any objections. No objections have 20 been filed. 21 If neither party objects to a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation, the 22 District Court is not required to review the magistrate judge’s decision under any specified 23 standard of review. Thomas v. Arn, 474 U.S. 140, 150 (1985). However, the statute for 24 review of a magistrate judge’s recommendation “does not preclude further review by the 25 district judge, sua sponte or at the request of a party, under a de novo or any other standard.” 26 Id. at 154. 27 The Court has reviewed Judge Marner’s R&R, the parties’ briefs, and the record. 28 The Court finds the R&R well-reasoned and agrees with Judge Marner’s conclusion that the Administrative Law Judge’s decision should be reversed and remanded to the || Commissioner for further proceedings. 3 Accordingly, 4 IT IS ORDERED the Report and Recommendation (Doc. 25) is accepted and || adopted in full. 6 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Administrative Law Judge’s decision is 7\| reversed and remanded to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings 8 || consistent with this Order and Judge Marner’s Report & Recommendation. (See Doc. 25 g|| at 16.) 10 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Clerk of Court shall docket this Order and close 11 || this action. 12 Dated this 26th day of June, 2025. 13
