In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the appeal is from an order granting a motion to vacate and set aside an order of inquest and to permit the service of an answer. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
