IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, for good cause shown, the August 29, 2011 Order of Deputy Commissioner Stephenson is affirmed. Defendants shall authorize and pay for the medical treatment recommended by Dr. Newell. Furthermore, Dr. Newell shall remain Plaintiff's treating physician.

No costs are assessed at this time.
