Opinion

ORDERED that appellants' voluntary notice of dismissal of appeal is recognized by the Court, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed.

Appellee's motion to dismiss appeal for lack of appellate jurisdiction is hereby denied as moot.

Upon consideration of appellee's motion for attorney's fees, it is ordered that said motion is granted and remanded to the trial court to fix amount.
