Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion for a bill of particulars as to items “ VII ” to “ XV,” inclusive, denied. No opinion. The bill of particulars to be served within twenty days after service of order. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Dore, JJ.
