Opinion

Per Curiam,

The bill of the complainant was for an accounting, and both she and the defendants are dissatisfied with the decree made. The court below committed no error in refusing to charge the defendants with the value of the good will of the business, and what it has decreed they [25]*25shall pay is, under all the evidence, what they legally owe.

Each appeal is dismissed at appellants’ costs.
