MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR FILING APPELLANT'S BRIEF

TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:

I.

Appellant is Mark J. Healey. Appellee is Edwin N. Healey.

The 12th Court of Appeals has received the Clerk's Record and the Reporter's Record. Appellant's brief normally would be due June 22, 2015.

III.

Appellant Mark J. Healey, requests an extension of 60 days to prepare appellant's brief because (1) his work schedule has not allowed for proper attention to this task, and (2) his inability to date to obtain an attorney to represent him in this appeal. I have spoken with an attorney that is considering representing me in this appeal and who has requested the Clerk's records and Reporter's record for review.

No prior extensions of time for Appellant's Brief have been requested or granted.

WHEREFORE premises considered, Appellant requests that the time to file the
