Opinion
In an action to recover damages allegedly occasioned by the defendant’s failure to remove and relocate certain underground utility facilities, the parties cross-appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 23, 1977, which, after a nonjury trial, was in favor of the plaintiffs in the sum of $14,727.44. Judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements, upon the opinion of Mr. Justice Rodell at Trial Term. Martuscello, J. P., Titone, Suozzi and Cohalan, JJ., concur.
