Opinion

Motion by appellants to stay the provisions of the fifth decretal paragraph of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 2, 1977, until 30 days after the date of the decision oh the appeal from said judgment. Motion denied and temporary stay contained in the order to show cause dated December 30, 1977 vacated. The appeal is decided herewith. Latham, J. P., Rabin, Gulotta and Margett, JJ., concur.
