JUDGMENT

Marcus Q. Butler, Appellant Appeal from the 12th District Court of Madison County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. 18- No. 06-23-00042-CV v. 16128). Memorandum Opinion delivered by Justice van Cleef, Chief Justice Stevens Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Appellee and Justice Rambin participating.

As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find that the appeal should be dismissed for want of prosecution. Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. We note that the appellant, Marcus Q. Butler, has adequately indicated his inability to pay costs of appeal. Therefore, we waive payment of costs.
