In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff while a passenger in an automobile which came into collision at an intersecting street with a bus owned by respondent and operated by defendant Herget, the jury found a verdict in favor of respondent. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
