Opinion
On March 20, 1981 the court entered judgment for plaintiff in the gross amount of $999,927.78, together with interest on the principal amount of $509,027.31 at the rate of 10% per annum from March 12,1981 to date of payment, said amount to be paid as follows: (1) $711,017.05, plus interest, to be paid from the Judgment Fund; (2) $288,910.73, to be paid by the General Services Administration in a lump sum as payment under the new lease from July 8,1980 through February 28, 1981.
