Opinion
For the reasons stated in the companion case of Georette Menard, v. Mama’s Fried Chicken, 97-488 (La.App. 3 Cir 3/6/98), 709 So.2d 303, in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is reversed.
All costs of this appeal are assessed to the plaintiff-appellee.
