AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Malone, 575 So.2d 106 (Ala.1990), the judgment in this cause is reversed, and this cause is remanded to the circuit court for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
