Defendant Tillie Bercovitz appeals from a judgment, as amended, in an action to recover damages for personal injuries, wherein plaintiff claims that by reason of the negligence of the appellant he suffered injuries as the result of a fire in her hotel. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ. [See post, p. 878.]
