Opinion
In an action by a husband for separation, in which the wife interposed counterclaims for separation, she appeals from an order which provided for an allowance for counsel fees and disbursements on appeals from the judgment. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Adel, MaeCrate, Schmidt and Beldoek, JJ., concur.
