Opinion

SWIFT, Judge.

For the reasons this day assigned in the companion suit bearing our Docket No. 8462, Maxwell Desselle v. Jane Guillory, et vir., 407 So.2d 79, the judgment of the district court is reversed and set aside insofar as it awarded $3,000.00 as attorney’s fees to the plaintiffs-in-reconvention. Otherwise, it is affirmed. The costs of this appeal are assessed one-half to plaintiffs and one-half to the defendants.
