In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when an automobile which he was operating collided with defendant’s truck at a street intersection, judgment in favor of defendant, and order denying plaintiff’s motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
