Opinion

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said court of appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed; the court of appeals correctly found that the trial court erred in giving in charge to the jury before argument written requests Nos. 1, 2, 6, 9 and 12.
