In an action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order as denies her motion for leave to serve an amended complaint. Order insofar as appealed from affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Beldock, JJ.. concur.
