Motion by respondent for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from an order of this court dated December 5, 1960, and to stay the execution of said order, denied. Motion by respondent to extend his time to comply with said order granted; time extended until 10 days after the entry of the order hereon. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
