Tbe plaintiff brought suit to recover an amount alleged to be due him by tbe defendant for services rendered in tbe capacity of an attorney. Tbe issue was answered against tbe defendant and tbe plaintiff was given a judgment. We have examined tbe appellant’s exceptions and find
